A Message from the Coordinator

Hello All,

It seems as though my time here at the Rainbow Wellness Resource Centre has come to an end. It has been such an amazing journey, and I am extremely grateful for having had the opportunity to work with so many fantastic people and organizations within the LGBTQ community.Thank you to everyone who has supported our organization and shared in our vision for a thriving queer community in Regina and Southern Saskatchewan. I'm very proud of what we were able to accomplish in such a short time, and I know that the centre will continue to grow and flourish into the future.

With that said, RWRC  is going to continue to offer their programming and services, while they take some time to look for the next Coordinator. Liberation Now Meeting at RWRC A spirituality group (predominantly from a Christian perspective, but welcome all) open to anyone wishing to discuss, share or experience a gay positive experience of faith and scripture. Yoga with Meghan Cross Returning to RWRC   Join Meghan Cross - Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor, for evening yoga sessions at the RWRC! Dates: Tuesday evenings from 7:00 - 8:00pm, starting May 7th. Where: The Rainbow Wellness Resource Centre at 2070 Broad St. (lower level). Cost: Drop in by donation, suggested donation of $10.00 or pay what you can. All proceeds going back to the RWRC.

New to RWRC, a monthly sexual health / condom packaging group to start in May. More details to come soon.


RWRC Referral Line 
RWRC is looking for individuals who may be interested in volunteering with our Referral Line. The goal of the Referral Line is to provide LGBTQ individuals with an opportunity to ask questions, explore their feelings and gain access to referrals for unbiased physical and mental health supports in their communities.
